DIY Consultation

Just got engaged...? Congratulations!! But feeling overwhelmed and don’t know where to start? Don’t panic… 

At our 2  hour consultation we will have an in-depth discussion about your vision and dreams for your Big Day!

Following the consultation you will receive a full summary of the meeting which will include a personal ‘to do’ list relating directly to your own wedding and a personalized style vision board.

The consultation also provides you with advice to help you get started, ideas on what costs to expect and ways to help make your wedding unique and extra special. We can also put you in touch with a range of local services that we know can deliver.

If you want to plan your wedding yourselves, this service will give you the direction you need to get started and execute your ideas on your own.

What You Get

 

  • 2 hour consultation.

  • 1 x Summary of the consultation.

  • 1x Personal To Do List.

  • A budget spreadsheet.

  • 1 x Tailored Vision Board

  • Plus lots more useful info relating to costs and local vendors.

Price: $395.00 + GST

Any additional hours after this will be charged at $60.00 per hour + GST.

Wedding Day Coordination

The ‘YOUR DAY’ package is for the Bride who has planned everything, from the band to the flowers and hire items but needs someone to be there on the day. As a Bride you really can’t be in two places at once!

O'Fee Weddings & Events will come on-board a month prior to tie up any loose ends, contact all suppliers involved in the ceremony, reception and create a thoughtfully planned master run sheet.

We coordinate and manage the logistics of the day to ensure a flawless event. Our on the day Coordinator will be present for the whole duration of your celebration right through to the first dance to make sure every detail is perfect.  

We ensure that you won’t be worrying if the flowers have arrived or wondering if the band is coming back from their break on time. We work through a timeline with you, making sure your wedding runs smoothly without a hitch!

What You Get!

 

  • 1 x In-depth consultation.

  • 1 x handover meeting 1 month prior.

  • We liaise with all suppliers involved to find out their requirements and coordinate  the wedding day timeline.

  • Creation of a master run sheet. All vendors & the MC will receive a copy of this. 

  • Attendance at the wedding rehearsal

  • We are the main point of contact on the day and will oversee and direct proceedings, to make sure everything runs to plan.

  • Meet and greet guests on arrival and assist with direction.

  • Stay right until the first dance has finished and then leave everyone to party the night away. 

Price: Starts from $1,500.00 + GST

Additional charges apply if there are two locations involved & if the guest numbers exceed 100.

Set Up & Pack Down

The ‘YOUR WAY’ package is for couples who have organised and planned everything but want the set up & packdown of the day taken care of.

 

We will meet with you, find out how you would like your day styled. We will then take the stress of setting everything up away from you and your family.

This is a handy package for DIY venues, venues with a tight time frame for set up and pack down and for couples who simply want to enjoy the lead up to the week without any stress on themselves, family and friends.

What You Get!

 

  • 1 x onsite consultation.  

  • Full styling & set up as per your design plan leaving your venue looking beautiful.

  • Pack down at the end of the evening or following day.

This will vary depending on the size and location of your wedding.

BAR STAFF

Need some bar staff to serve the much needed drinks at your special event? We can help you! We have bar staff available to serve and clear drinks after your ceremony and during your reception.
